Our Policies at Salon Raybon

What to know before your visit

At Salon Raybon, we value your time and ours. To ensure that we can fully accommodate your needs, please take note of all of our policies. We understand that life happens, and we’ll always do our best to accommodate you. Thank you for respecting our time and supporting our small business.

CANCELATIONS

24 Hours’ Notice: We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Late Cancellations: Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment may incur a fee of 50% of the service cost.

No Shows: Failure at attend your appointment without notice will result in 50% of the servcie cost being charged and may require a deposit for future bookings.

BE ON TIME

If you arrive late, your appointment may be abbreviated to avoid impacting the next client. Full service fee still apply. Being 15 minutes late or more may result in your appointment being rescheduled. Please call the salon to make us aware of the situation.

SERVICES

Prices for all salon and hair services vary depending on which member of our staff provides your service, length of hair, density of hair, and amount of product used in the service.

DEPOSITS

Some appointments may require a deposit at the time of booking. Deposits are non-refundable for late cancellations or no shows.

CHILDREN

We love your children, but we want you to love your experience with us. If your children do not have an appointment scheduled, please leave them in the care of others so that we can care for you and others in the salon. While we understand situations arise, please be mindful of the environment.

RETAIL PRODUCTS

We believe in the quality of Salon Raybon's home care products. If you are not satisfied with any product, please return it to the salon within one week of the purchase date for credit toward any retail product in our salon. Refunds are not available. For your protection, brushes, styling tools, and hair accessories are not returnable or refundable.

YOUR CHOICE

We are a team of experienced professionals. We hope you will feel free to take advantage of the talents of more than one of our artists whenever you feel the need for a fresh approach.

ATTIRE

Robes are provided to protect your clothing and are located in our guest restroom.

GRATUITIES

Tipping is left to the discretion of our clients. Prices and certificates do not include gratuities.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Cash, Check, and Apple Pay.
